I just wanted to take a moment to share a few card I’ve made recently. My younger sister came to visit a few weekends ago to hang out for a bit and to spend some time making some cards. We did a speed card-making session while Calen took his nap – I think we made a total of 12 cards in 2 hours (though we made duplicates of each card so it was really only 6 or so different designs).
Here are the cards we came up with….
(I think this Thank You card might be my favorite… it’s tiny, only measuring 3″x4″ — I think I might try to do more of the tiny cards, they are just so cute to me!)

I also want to share the birthday cards I made for my sisters earlier this summer. For these two cards I do have supply lists.
This first one was made for Jill. In this card I used a few tags from the Simple Stories Happy Day collection as the main focal point of the card. Then I added a few additional embellishments… October Afternoon Farm Girl designer brads, Kaiser Scrapbook Droplets in sky blue and citrus, Stickles in firefly and tropical tangerine, a miscellaneous green brad, and Doodlebug Design Inc Teensy Type alphas in lily white.
The second birthday card was made for Wanda. In this card I also used the Simple Stories Happy Day collection as the main focal point. Again I added a few embellishments… My Mind’s Eye Biy Crazy sticker accessory sheet, embroidery floss, Prismacolor 01 black Fine Line Marker, and Thickers from American Crafts in Serenade in chestnut.
Ok so that’s all I have to share today. I’ll be back soon with more.
